Description

Good Health Multi Fibre combines the gentle action of pure Flax fibre and Psyllium with synergistic ingredients including Pectin, Chlorella, Beetroot and Slippery Elm. Multi Fibre can be taken as a daily supplement or as part of a cleansing/detox program. It is important that we have enough fibre in our diets as they help not only to keep regular bowel movements but also help to absorb and eliminate toxins from the body. Make sure you drink plenty of fluids when increasing your fibre intake.

Ingredients: (per capsule)
Linum usitatissimum Seed Fibre (Flaxseed) 200mg
Psyllium plantago Husk (Psylllium) 200mg
Ulmus rubra Bark powder (Slippery Elm) 100mg
Chlorella vulgaris (Chlorella) 50mg
Beta vulgaris Juice Powder (Beetroot) 100mg
Malus domestica Apple fibre (Providing Pectin) 20mg
Formulated without

Gluten, egg, dairy, soy, wheat, artificial flavours, artificial sweeteners or artificial colours.

Dosage

Can be taken over 7 days or 1 month. For best results take in conjunction with Multi Cleanse.

7 day quick cleanse: Adults: Take 4 capsules 3 times daily with water before food until finished, or as professionally advised.

1 month maintenance cleanse: Adults: Take 3 capsules in the morning with water before food, or as professionally advised. Capsules can be opened and added to food.

Contra-indications

Ensure adequate fluid intake when taking fibre supplements – 1 to 2 litres per day. Take two hours away from medications as fibre reduces absorption of some medications
