Our cashew butter is also all natural. They are roasted, ground and bottled just like our almond butter, with no additives or preservatives.
Cashews are high in protein and in healthy unsaturated fats and include a large amount of important vitamins and minerals such as phosphorous and magnesium, which promote bone health. They are also rich in vitamins B, E, K and iron. With a similar nutritional profile as almonds, cashews offer the same cholesterol lowering and disease prevention properties.
