Description

PHARMACOLOGICAL ACTION
Beta 1,3 D-glucan is one of the strongest stimulators of the immune function. It activates macrophages which are one of the primary defences of the immune system. It also regulates the immune response thus avoiding and helping to control any auto-immune challenges.

Bromelain cools inflammatory conditions and promotes healing of injured muscles. It promotes immune function by its action on the protective protein layers on foreign invaders including bacteria.

L-Arginine is a source of nitric oxide, a blood compound which regulates immune function, blood flow and the communication between nerve cells.

The active components in grape seed extract are bioflavonoids known as proanthocyanidins which are capable of neutralising an even wider range of free radicals than vitamin E. It therefore enhances the overall efficiency of the body’s overall antioxidant program, and in this manner also improves immune function.
