Product Indications
Naturally High™ is formulated to improve mood and reduce restlessness. It contains patented Saffr’Activ® saffron extract which boosts serotonin neurotransmitters in the brain. It also contains theanine, an amino acid that increases relaxing alpha-brainwaves, and St John’s wort, a traditional herbal medicine that reduces restlessness.
Product Composition
Each capsule contains:
Saffron extract (Saffr’Activ®) 15 mg
St. John’s wort extract 300mg
Theanine 125 mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 12.5 mg
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free) and magnesium stearate (vegetarian flow agent).
Contains plant extracts with no colourants added. Therefore batch-to-batch slight natural colour variation may occur.

Dosage Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily after food.

Avoid if you are allergic to the ingredients. Don’t exceed indicated dose, nor combine with other medication or pre-existing illness without medical advice.
Side Effects
Side effects may include gastrointestinal upset, diarrhoea, vomiting, nausea, drowsiness, headache and fatigue.
Contraindications
Do not use if you are taking blood thinners (e.g. warfarin), SSRI’s, anti-HIV medicines, cardiovascular medications, immune suppressants or contraceptive medication.
Product Interactions
Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you are taking anti-anxiety medications, seizure medicines, antihistamines, bronchodilators, muscle relaxants or opiates.
