At the first sign of colds and flu, use as follows:
Children 4 – 8 years: Dissolve 1 tablet twice daily in water.
Children 9 – 12 years: Dissolve 1 tablet three times a day in water for five days.
Daily immune system support:

Dissolve 1 tablet once daily in water.Wait for effervescing to subside before drinking.
