You order, we send!

The default shipping method is to send parcels with The Courier Guy/ PUDO. Normal delivery times are 2-5 business days.

You can select Free courier transport, which applies to orders over R450 incl. VAT.

On orders below R450, a flat rate of R93 including VAT is applied for shipping. PUDO rates increased from R83 to R93 on 1 April 2026 due to fuel cost increases linked to the war in the Middle East and increased oil prices.

You can also arrange collection from the store if preferred.

If you live in a remote area, please contact us regarding shipping as there are limits to where couriers can go.

Some areas are regarded as “danger zones” by couriers and the fees are increased to go to those areas. The cost for this service is generally R160-180, however if the courier costs are significantly more than this, we will contact you to discuss whether to proceed or not and may ask for additional fees.
