- Oenanthe aquatica Spag D3
- Pimpinella saxifraga Spag D3
- Polygala amara D3
- Pulmonaria officinalis Spag D3

- Dosage:
- Take ten drops directly on the tongue or diluted in a little water three times daily.
- In acute cases with severe symptoms, you can take it one to two hourly.
- How to Take:
- Since absorption of homoeopathic medicines occurs mainly through the mucous membrane of the mouth, hold the medicine in your mouth briefly.
- Avoid other tastes (like toothpaste or peppermint) when taking the medicine.
- The drops can be taken directly on the tongue or diluted in water.
- To dispense the drops, twist off the screw cap, breaking the seal with the first use.
