How to Use
The simplest is just to add water! Add 1/2 cup (125ml) water or nut milk to 2T (30g) Super Chia. Stir until well mixed and wait 5 minutes to thicken. Add coconut nectar or raw honey to sweeten if desired. You can also upgrade your nutrition and super charge your fruit salad, oats or muesli with 2 T Super Chia. Or add a tablespoon to your favourite smoothie and blend!
