PRODUCT DESCRIPTION
Vitamin B12 is a water-soluble vitamin. It plays a role in cell division, helps to metabolise carbohydrates, fats and proteins, and contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism, nervous system function, red blood cell formation, homocysteine metabolism, psychological function and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
RECOMMENDED USAGE
Adults and children 1 year and older: Take one tablet daily sublingually (under the tongue)
