Description
- Agnus castus, Ignatia amara, Lachesis, Cimicifuga and Sepia: counteract the headaches and mood changes such as anxiety, depression and irritability associated with menopause.
- Lachesis, Sanguinara and Sepia: are effective in the treatment of hot flushes.
Dosage
Adults:
Take 10 drops on the tongue, or directly under the tongue or in a teaspoon of water 4 times daily 15 minutes before meals. Discontinue once improvement occurs.

Sepia officinalis D12 (Cuttle fish) | The major homeopathic remedy for female health and hormonal imbalance. Emotional irritability, impatience, fault-finding, fretful, sarcastic, spiteful around menstruation or menopause. Loss of libido and aversion to husband and children. Vaginal dryness and painful intercourse. Heavy feeling in uterus. Very light and/or irregular periods. Hot flushes followed by weakness. |
