How to take Cod Liver Oil 500mg Capsules
Always take AO COD LIVER OIL 1000 MG CAPSULES exactly as described below or as your doctor, pharmacist, or health care provider has told you. Check with your doctor, pharmacist, or health care provider if you are unsure.
Adults and children 14 years and older: Take 2 – 3 capsules daily with a glass of water.
AO COD LIVER OIL 500 MG CAPSULES can be taken with or without food.
DO NOT EXCEED THE RECOMMENDED DOSE.
