This light brown soya mince is derived from organic soya beans. It can be used as a vegetarian meat substitute and is ideal for adding to soups or stews.

Instructions
To rehydrate: Add 1 cup boiling water or stock to 1 cup soya mince. cover and leave to stand for 10 minutes. Drain and use according to a recipe. alternatively add directly to soups or stews
