Usage
Take two(2) capsules up to twice(2) daily. DO NOT exceed four(4) capsules in a 24hour period unless otherwise directed by a healthcare professional.

Please note: Shilajit should not be mixed with chlorinated water. Fulvic and humic acids in Shilajit, when combined with chlorine, create dangerous chemical byproducts.
