Description

Ashwagandha (sometimes referred to as Indian ginseng) is an Ayurvedic herbal extract that offers gentle stress relief by calming the body and brain. SOLAL® uses KSM-66® ashwagandha – an extra concentrated patented extract.

Pharmacological Action

Preliminary research suggests ashwagandha suppresses stress-induced increases of dopamine receptors in the brain.

Product Composition

Each capsule contains the following active ingredient:

Ashwagandha 500mg

Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate and silicon dioxide.

Sugar-free.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Dosage Directions

Adults:
Take 1 capsule twice daily.
