Description

Product Indications
Vitamin B is required for the production and release of energy from carbohydrates, fat and protein transformation and metabolism. Vitamin B1 and B12 maintain and contribute to a healthy nerve function and nervous system, while vitamin B2, B5 (pantothenic acid), B6 and biotin help maintain healthy skin, hair and mucous membranes. Vitamin B12 and B9 (folate) are also involved in cell division, regeneration and production of blood and cells.

Product Composition
Each capsule contains:

Vitamin B1 (thiamine pyrophosphate) 5 mg
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin-5-phosphate) 25 mg
Vitamin B3 (niacinamide ascorbate) 50mg
Vitamin B5 (calcium-d-pantothenate) 100mg
Vitamin B6 (pyridoxal-5-phosphate) 25 mg
Vitamin B9 (folate: L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate) 250µg
Vitamin B12 (methylcobalamin) 50µg
Biotin 250µg
Inositol 50mg
PABA (para-aminobenzoic acid) 25mg
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose) vegetarian capsule shell (gelatin free), microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium silicate and magnesium stearate (vegetarian flow agent)

Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Contains plant extracts with no colourants added. Therefore batch-to-batch slight natural colour variation may occur.

Storage Instructions
Store in a cool dry place below 25°C, out of the reach of children.

Dosage Directions
Adults and children over 12 years of age: Take 1 capsule twice daily after food. During pregnancy and breastfeeding: Take 1 capsule daily after food. Children 7-12 years of age: Take 1 capsule daily after food.

Product Warnings
Avoid if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. Don’t exceed the indicated dose, nor combine with other medication or pre-existing illness without medical advice.

Side Effects
There are no known side effects.

Contraindications
There are no known contraindications.

Product Interactions
Duiretics: Can cause reduced levels of Vitamin B in the body. Alcohol: Excessive alcohol consumption can lead to vitamin B depletion. Antacids: Chronic use of antacids can retard vitamin B absorption leading to deficiency. Antibiotic therapy: Can disrupt the normal GI flora , interfering with the absorption of folic acid.

Pregnancy & Breastfeeding
Safe for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding at the recommended dosage.
