Our broccoli powder is prepared from a blend of broccoli microgreens and seeds. Microgreens are young plants harvested just after sprouting. At this early stage they have built and stored a remarkable constitution of nutrients used to protect & stimulate their growth to maturity. If you think broccoli is healthy – its microgreen version is on another level. In addition, we have included Glucosinolate rich broccoli seeds to our powder blend. When digested, Glucosinolates breakdown into Sulforaphane which exhibit powerful cancer fighting characteristics as proven by in vitro and in vivo research
