Your access to and use of Knysna Health is subject exclusively to these Terms and Conditions. You will not use the Website for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms and Conditions. By using the Website you are fully accepting the terms, conditions and disclaimers contained in this notice. The contents of  the Knysna Health website shall not be regarded as medical advice, or a basis from which to make medical decisions. The use of information found on this site is completely your responsibility and at your own risk. If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for any reason by any court of competent jurisdiction then such Term or Condition shall be severed and the remaining Terms and Conditions shall survive and remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

9  Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of South Africa and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

10 Pricing

Despite every effort to avoid this, product prices can be incorrect on the Knysna Health website. If this occurs, and we discover that we are selling a product at below net acquisition cost, or a price that does not make financial sense for us, we reserve the right to not supply the product at the advertised price. We will work with you to arrange a mutually beneficial solution, and if necessary cancel your order and refund in full. We will not be held liable for any costs or consequences relating to the cancelled or partially supplied order.

11 Out of stock

Although we carry a large inventory, and are constantly resupplying, for various reasons we may not have sufficient stock to fulfill your order. In this case, we will contact you to resolve the issue, by either waiting for stock, changing the order, cancelling the order or whatever option makes sense for both parties

12 Membership and subscription

By using the Knysna Health Online store you agree that you have created a membership relationship with our store, and are thus able to enjoy benefits including discounts, promotional offers and newsletters. You may unsubscribe from the newsletters at any time by dropping an email to info@knysnahealth.co.za or using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any newsletter. Your contact information will not be shared with third parties.

Delivery Information

Most of the stock items listed on the website are held in stock. From time to time, large orders may be placed that exceed our holdings, or numerous orders for the same product, resulting in a problem with availability to supply you immediately.  Suppliers may have supply problems of their own, resulting in an inability to supply your order in our normal time frames. In this case, we will contact you to resolve the issue. You may chose to change the order and include substitute products, or cancel the order altogether if desired. Any monies paid to us will be refunded in full once cleared into our account if the order is cancelled.

Payment must take place within 48 hours of placing the order or we may cancel it or update it if pricing has changed.
