Co-enzyme Q10 is a vitamin-like compound present in virtually every cell in the body. Its primary functions are related to its role in the generation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP).
Its antioxidant effects support and maintain a healthy heart. Licaps® ensure 30 % better absorption than regular co-enzyme Q10.
Pharmacological Action
Many of the therapeutic benefits of co-enzyme Q10 are attributed to its role in the generation of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and its antioxidant effects.
Product Composition
Each capsule contains the following active ingredient:
Co-enzyme Q10 | 80mg |
Inactive ingredients: Hypromellose (cellulose), iron oxide, titanium dioxide, soybean lecithin.
Allergen: Soy.
Sugar-free.
Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
Dosage Directions
Adults:
Take 1 capsule twice daily after meals.

Interactions
Anticoagulants (blood thinning) medication: Co-Enzyme Q10 decrease anticoagulants’ (such as warfarin) effect. Individuals taking anticoagulants should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Antihypertensive medication: Co-Enzyme Q10 can decrease blood pressure and might have additive blood pressure lowering effects when used with antihypertensive medicines. Individuals taking antihypertensive medicines should consult their healthcare practitioner prior to use.
Pregnancy and Breastfeeding
