Nutmeg oil stimulates the circulation, is also considered a cardiovascular stimulant.
Inhaled it relieves respiratory congestion and balances mood.
This oil is also used as an antiseptic for teeth and gums, and freshens the breath.
Warnings:
Always use Nutmeg oil well diluted and in low doses, as with the dried seed it can be psychotropic.
