- Diluted in a carrier oil and used for massage it increases circulation and eases muscular pain.
- Inhaled Rosemary can also ease headaches and respiratory problems.
- Used in mouthwash, and in aromatherapy to relieve stress and anxiety, believed to aid concentration.
