This planner was published in March 2022 as part of the expanding Keto Lifestyle series by Hendrik Marais, following the success of his flagship book Living The Ultimate Keto Lifestyle. It was created to complement his growing keto program, which began in 2017 after his personal weight-loss journey and later developed into a widely followed system in South Africa.
As the Keto Lifestyle approach gained popularity, the Daily Meal Planner was introduced as a practical tool to support implementation, helping users track meals, habits, and progress rather than just learn the theory. It reflects the evolution of the brand from education (books and recipes) into structured lifestyle support tools aimed at improving consistency and long-term results.
